What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:
- The item should not have any signs of use.
- Items need to be returned in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is covered by the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the shipping policy?
Please note that once your package has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, the transit process and delivery speed are beyond our direct control. While we provide estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to potential customs delays or carrier issues.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order while it is in transit.
Lost Packages
A full refund or replacement will only be issued if the package is officially declared as lost by the shipping carrier after a formal investigation. If the tracking status is stuck but not yet declared lost, we must wait for the carrier's official confirmation before proceeding with a refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Goods entering foreign countries are often subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with local laws.
- Payment of Duties: All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. They are collected at the time of delivery by the carrier or customs authority.
- Delays: Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Refusal of Package: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping fees, any return shipping charges, and duties will be deducted from your refund.
- Varying Rates: Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please contact your local customs office prior to purchasing to ensure you are aware of any additional costs.
Are you affiliated with Casio?
No.
Ocelot Mod is not endorsed by or affiliated with Casio. All modifications are made independently by Ocelot Mod.
Does the watches come with a factory warranty?
No. Watch do not come with a warranty! Customizing the watch voids their original warranty.
Are the watches still water resistant after modification?
Yes, but with a small clarification.
If the modification uses the original Casio resin case, the water resistance should remain intact. I work carefully and reassemble the watches properly, paying close attention to seals and fit.
If the modification uses a metal case please note that these cases are produced by third-party manufacturers, not by Casio. Although I use high-quality components and assemble everything with care, I do not recommend deep water immersion or swimming in pools with such cases, but for normal everyday use - rain, hand washing, and splashes - the watch should perform without any issues.
